Space & Folder Role Picker
The checkbox tree of spaces and folders used to assign a specific role to individual spaces or folders.
The Space & Folder Role Picker is the tree where you check individual spaces and folders to assign them a role that differs from the default role. You'll find it, among other places, in the Mitglied verwalten ("Manage Member") dialog, under the Space- & Ordner-Rollen ("Space & Folder Roles") tab. Badges next to each entry show the currently effective roles:
- A highlighted badge means a role assigned directly on that space or folder – click the
Xon the badge to remove it - A plain badge means a role inherited from a level above
Once at least one item is checked, a bar appears with a role dropdown and the Rolle zuweisen ("Assign Role") button.
Checking a space automatically applies the assigned role to all its folders too; checking individual folders separately only overrides the inherited role for those folders.
