Share Button

The icon button that opens the Create Share dialog for the currently open folder.

The Share Button (share-2 icon) opens the Freigabe erstellen (Create Share) dialog for the currently open folder. It's only visible while a folder is open and you have the CanCreateSharedLink permission.

To share a single file instead of an entire folder, use Share in the File Context Menu or the matching quick action on the File Tile instead.

Upload Button

The icon button for uploading files into the currently open folder via the operating system's native file picker.

Create Catalog Button

The button in the Keyword Catalogs Overview that opens the Create Catalog dialog.
