Event Session Context Menu

The right-click context menu of a session bar in the Event Schedule, with staff assignment and inline status setting.

The Event Session Context Menu opens when you right-click a session bar in the Sessions view of the Event-Zeitplan and offers:

  • Anzeigen (view) – opens Event-Session in view mode
  • Bearbeiten (edit) – opens Event-Session for editing
  • Mitarbeiter zuweisen (assign staff) – a submenu grouped by role; each staff member has a colored dot: green for available or already assigned, red for occupied elsewhere
  • Status setzen (set status) – a submenu with a further submenu per assigned staff member, where the status is set directly
  • Löschen (delete)

Status setzen in the context menu sets the status directly and inline. For the full status overview across all staff and roles, use Session-Status instead, reachable via a session's ⋮ menu in the Event-Sessions-Liste.
