Context Menus

Folder Context Menu

A folder's context menu with actions like share, rename, move, add subfolder, or delete.

The Folder Context Menu opens on a right-click on a folder (or via the ⋮ icon) and offers the following actions, depending on your permissions:

  • Share – creates a shared link for the folder
  • Download
  • Rename
  • Copy / Move / Paste
  • Add Subfolder
  • Import Subfolders
  • External Upload
  • Folder Settings
  • Shared Links
  • Delete

Delete removes the folder along with all subfolders and files it contains.

If this is a virtual folder inside a File Collection Detail View, the menu shows only the Remove from Collection item instead of all the regular folder actions.
