Microsoft 365 Add-In is a paid add-on. Already included in the Platinum Freelancer plan. Available as an option for all Business plans.

The add-in works in the browser versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Installation
There are two installation paths — depending on whether you want to install the add-in for yourself only or for your entire organization.
Personal Account
Open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint in the browser at microsoft365.com.
Click the Add-Ins button in the menu bar (orange tile icon, on the right side of the toolbar).
In the context menu that opens, click More Add-ins…
In the Office Add-Ins window, click Upload My Add-In in the top right corner.
Click Browse (1) and select the downloaded manifest.xml file.
Click Upload (2) — the add-in is now installed.
Microsoft 365 Business (Admin Deployment)
With a business account, an administrator can deploy the add-in for all users in the organization.
Go to admin.cloud.microsoft.com.
In the left menu, click Integrated Apps.
Click Upload Custom Apps.
In the App type dropdown, select Office Add-in.
Select Upload manifest file (.xml) from device and click Choose File to select the downloaded manifest.xml.
Click Next.
Select Entire Organization to make the add-in available to all users in your organization, then click Next.
Confirm the remaining steps with Next to complete the setup.
The add-in is now available for all users in your organization across Office applications.
