Via Invitation
Join an existing VAULO organisation through an invitation.
Accept Invitation
If you received an invitation email, the link takes you directly to account creation. No separate registration is needed.
Set your password
Click Join VAULO in the invitation email.
You are taken to the Create your account page. Your email address is already pre-filled.
Choose a secure password. It must meet the following requirements:
- At least 7 characters
- At least 1 digit
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 uppercase letter
Confirm your password in the second field.
Accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Click Register.
The invitation link is valid for 7 days. If it has expired, ask an administrator of your organisation to invite you again.
Registration Complete
After submitting the form, the confirmation page Registration complete appears.
Your account has been successfully created. Click Let's go to be taken to the next step: your pending invitations.
Invitations
On the Your invitations screen you can see all organisations you have been invited to.
Accepting an invitation
Find the organisation you want to join in the list.
Click Join to accept the invitation.
You are taken directly to the next step: Personalise profile.
You can also dismiss an invitation by clicking Decline if you don't want to join the organisation.
Redeem an invitation code
If you didn't receive a link by email but have an invitation code, you can redeem it manually at the bottom of the page:
Enter the invitation code in the text field.
Click Redeem.
The organisation appears in your invitation list — then click Join.
You receive an invitation code from an administrator of your organisation.
