Download Tracking

The list of all downloads made via shared links for an organization, including downloader, origin, and downloaded files.

Download Tracking logs who downloaded which files via a shared link, and when. You'll find it in the organization settings. It offers:

  • A Downloads durchsuchen... ("Search downloads...") search field
  • A toggle between Grid-Ansicht (Grid view) and Listenansicht (List view)
  • In the table view, the columns Datum (Date), Downloader, Herkunft (Origin), Dateien (Files), Notizen (Notes), and Label
  • Per entry, the origin URL and a Dateien ("Files") section that, for more than three files, links out to the All Files dialog for the rest
  • A Mehr laden ("Load more") button to load further entries

With no results, the list shows either Noch keine Downloads ("No downloads yet") or Keine Downloads gefunden ("No downloads found", when a search or label filter is active).

Shared Link List

The table of all shared links for a folder, or for the entire organization.

Member List

The table of all members and pending invitations for an organization or a folder.
