Event Schedule
The Gantt/timeline view of an event for sessions and staff availability, with drag interactions and filters.
The Event Schedule is the timeline view of an event in the Zeitplan tab of the Event-Detailansicht. The Sessions/Verfügbarkeit buttons switch between two modes:
- Sessions view: sessions sit as bars on the timeline. Dragging on an empty area creates a new session; existing sessions can be moved or resized by dragging as well. Right-clicking a session opens the
Event-Session-Kontextmenü. - Verfügbarkeit (availability) view: the same timeline shape, but for staff availability slots instead of sessions. Dragging creates a new slot; a small dialog then additionally asks which of the staff member's roles the availability applies to. Right-clicking an availability bar opens a small context menu with
Bearbeiten(edit) andLöschen(delete).
Other controls: the Jetzt (now) button scrolls to the current point in time, zoom controls enlarge or shrink the timeline, and a filter popover offers – like in the Event-Sessions-Liste – status, staff, role, location, Nur unbesetzte Sessions (unstaffed only), and custom properties.
The schedule is locked by default (button shows Gesperrt) – drag actions for creating, moving, or resizing sessions and availability slots only become possible once you click this button to switch into edit mode. Clicking it again (button then shows Sperren) locks the schedule again.
