Shared Link List

The table of all shared links for a folder, or for the entire organization.

The Shared Link List shows all shared links as a table – either scoped to a folder (the Geteilte Links / "Shared Links" tab in Folder Settings) or organization-wide. Columns:

  • Freigabename ("Share name")
  • Geteilt als ("Shared as") – e.g. link, embed, or presentation
  • Sicherheitslevel ("Security level") – Öffentlich (Public) or Mit Passwort (Password protected)
  • Ansichten ("Views") – number of times the link was viewed
  • Freigegeben am ("Shared on"), including an optional Freigabezeitraum ("Validity period")
  • Author

The per-row menu offers Link kopieren (Copy Link), In neuem Tab öffnen (Open in New Tab), Bearbeiten (Edit), and Löschen (Delete).

If no shared link exists yet, the list shows the Keine Geteilten-Links ("No shared links") message.

Spaces-List

The list of all spaces you have access to – found in the sidebar, among other places.

Download Tracking

The list of all downloads made via shared links for an organization, including downloader, origin, and downloaded files.
