Experimental Features
Try new VAULO features early – enable and disable experimental features.
The Experimental Features section lets you try out new functionality that is still in development. These features may contain bugs and their scope may still change. Settings are saved for the current browser only.
Access
Click your avatar in the top right of the sidebar to open your personal profile settings. Switch to the Experimental Features tab.
Available Features
Meilisearch
Enables a faster search function for files and folders powered by Meilisearch instead of the default search.
DuplicateFinder
Adds a section to the file detail panel for finding duplicates and similar images in your media library.
EventManager
Unlocks the EventManager add-on. Use it to plan events, create sessions, manage locations, and schedule staff.
VisitorHub
Unlocks the VisitorHub add-on. Distribute presentations and shares to specific people or groups, who can access them via a personal login.
Block Editor
Unlocks the Presentation Studio – a new presentation editor with a block-based layout for creating media portals and brand portals.
VideoAI
Unlocks the VideoAI add-on, which automatically analyzes videos using AI and generates metadata such as descriptions and keywords.
OAuth Clients
Unlocks OAuth client management in the organization settings, allowing external applications to access VAULO via API.
