filepush: Send Files Quickly and Easily
Learn how to use filepush in VAULO to send files to colleagues or business partners without archiving them in your VAULO account. This guide shows you step by step how to upload files, add recipients, and start sending. Please note: The sent data is deducted from your data volume and the filepush link is automatically deleted after four weeks.
Want to send files to colleagues or business partners without archiving them in your VAULO account? Then use our filepush feature. With filepush, you can make these files available for download to the recipient.
Click on filepush in your VAULO account. You can find this feature in the My Add-Ons section.
A new tab opens in your browser. Tip: You can keep this tab open for quick and easy file sending in the future.
You can now drag files via drag & drop into the corresponding field on the left side, or click "Select your files" to choose the files in your Finder (Mac) or Explorer (Windows).
Next, enter the recipient's email address. You can of course add multiple recipients. To do so, click the + after adding the first email address.
Optionally, you can also compose a message to the recipient.
If you also want to receive a copy of the email, check the "Send copy to me" box.
Then click the Send files button.
Once the upload is complete and the files have been processed, the email with the download link will be sent.
The data volume you send via filepush is deducted from your available data volume. Please make sure that enough data volume is available. The filepush link is automatically deleted after four weeks. The sent files will be lost as a result. The freed data volume will be credited back to your account.
