In addition to our how-to guide video, you can also use the following step-by-step instructions:
To access Keyword Management, navigate to your organization settings. There you will find the Keyword Management menu item on the left side. Create your first Catalog in Keyword Management by entering the desired name in the field. Your catalog could, for example, bear the name of a department in your company or an event.
To add groups or keywords to the catalog, click on Manage catalog. At this point, you have the option to add keywords to the catalog. Alternatively, you can also create one or more groups to better organize keywords within these groups.
Now close the dialog and click on the pencil icon next to the group you created.
You can now add keywords to this group. Close the dialog to return to the overview.
To see the keywords of a group, expand the group by clicking the > arrow in front of the respective group. You can also delete keywords at this point by selecting the keywords to be deleted and clicking Delete.
If you want to create another catalog, click the Plus next to our previously created catalog.
To tag your media files using the keyword catalog you just created, there are various options. We cover these HERE in our how-to guide on tagging media files.
