Dashboard
VAULO's home page, giving an overview of recently created/updated files, folders, and shared links.
The Dashboard is VAULO's home page and gives you a quick overview of your recent activity. It's organized into several areas:
- Statistics: metrics such as the number of files, folders, or shares, optionally filtered by a time range. The hidden folders created when you send files are not included in the folder count. The comment count can be clicked and opens the
Latest commentsdialog, from which you jump straight to the commented file. It counts the comments written in the time range on files that still exist. Files/Folders/Shared Linkstabs: each shows the most recently created or updated items of that category.- Most viewed shared links: a chart of the most frequently accessed shared links.
Items on the dashboard support the same actions as in the folder and file overview – you can Share, Rename, Download, or Delete directly via the context menu.
On mobile devices, a simplified view of the dashboard is shown, reduced to the most important information.
