My Shares
The page for an externally signed-in VisitorHub viewer, listing the galleries shared with them and the shares they created themselves.
My Shares ("Meine Freigaben") is a page for externally signed-in viewers on a published presentation – reached via the login/account block in the navigation bar, not via the actual VAULO app. It comes in two forms: from the account menu it opens full-page as the viewer's personal area. From a menu item, a navigation bar action, or a button leading to Meine Freigaben ("My shares"), it appears below the presentation's header instead – the navigation bar, cover, and the other blocks at the top stay, only the content below is replaced. This form has its own address ending in /p/my-shares, so reloading, links, and the browser's back and forward buttons work. It opens on the Für mich freigegeben ("Shared with me") list: every gallery this viewer may access, each as a tile with a cover image and title. The presentation they are currently on is not repeated back to them. If nothing has been shared with them yet, the list shows "Dir wurde noch nichts freigegeben." ("Nothing has been shared with you yet.") with the note "Sobald dir jemand eine Galerie freigibt, findest du sie hier." ("As soon as someone shares a gallery with you, you'll find it here.")
If the viewer may share themselves – the same prerequisite as for the Teilen ("Share") button – a toggle Für mich freigegeben | Von mir erstellt ("Shared with me" | "Created by me") sits above the list. Von mir erstellt lists the presentations this viewer shared themselves via Gast-Präsentation erstellen, each with a cover image, title, and the row actions Edit, Open, Copy link, and Delete. Deleting asks for confirmation first, since the link stops working afterwards. If nothing has been shared yet, the list shows "Du hast noch keine Präsentationen geteilt." ("You haven't shared any presentations yet.") with the note "Wähle Dateien oder Ordner in der Galerie und tippe auf Teilen." ("Select files or folders in the gallery and tap Share.") Viewers without that prerequisite only see the galleries shared with them, and no toggle.
Which list is open is part of the address in both forms: Von mir erstellt appends ?view=created, so a link can point straight at that list. Without it, every visit starts on Für mich freigegeben. Only the full-page form shows a heading and subtitle – below the header, the highlighted menu item marks where the viewer is instead. The subtitle follows what the viewer is allowed to do, not which list is currently open: "Galerien, die für dich freigegeben wurden, und Freigaben, die du selbst erstellt hast." for viewers who may share, otherwise "Galerien, die für dich freigegeben wurden — zum Öffnen antippen."
Don't confuse My Shares with the Freigabe-Liste: the Freigabe-Liste is an organization- or folder-wide table for organization members inside the actual VAULO app. My Shares, by contrast, is an external guest viewer's own, self-scoped list, opened from the presentation website itself.
The Für mich freigegeben list shows the same thing as the Meine Freigaben block on the page itself. The block stays hidden for viewers without shares unless the Auch ohne Freigaben anzeigen ("Show even without shares") option is switched on; the My Shares page shows its empty state instead.
