Presentation Editor

The Studio workspace for editing a shared presentation: canvas, device preview, Content/Design/Structure tabs, multi-page management.

The Presentation Editor is the main workspace of the Presentation Studio add-on – the full studio surface for designing a shared presentation. The header bar shows a back button and the presentation's title on the left, the device preview (Bearbeiten/Desktop/Tablet/Mobil – "Edit/Desktop/Tablet/Mobile") in the center, and a save indicator ("Speichert…" / "Gespeichert" – "Saving…" / "Saved") plus undo/redo on the right.

The canvas with your presentation sits in the middle. Inserting and arranging content blocks itself is powered by the shared editor infrastructure, documented under Baustein-Struktur, Baustein-Palette, and Baustein-Kontextmenü – not re-explained here. A collapsible panel to the left of the canvas shows/hides the block inspector.

A sidebar on the right holds three tabs:

  • Inhalt ("Content") – the presentation's title, description, cover image, and link; below that "Zugriff & Sicherheit" ("Access & Security": access level Public/Password-protected/VisitorHub, password, restrict the sharing period, download allowed with download-format restrictions and querying downloader data, agreement mode, organization CSP override); below that "Erweiterte Einstellungen" ("Advanced Settings") for multiple pages; at the bottom the list of published files
  • Design – font (Standard, organization font, or custom), maximum content width (Narrow/Medium/Wide/Full/Custom), content padding, and background/text/button colors
  • Struktur & Bausteine ("Structure & Blocks") – the Baustein-Struktur tree view of your presentation

On mobile, the tab layout is dropped; all sections instead appear stacked in a single scrollable list.

Buttons in the sidebar's header also open Help (opens Präsentation Hilfe), "Als Vorlage speichern" ("Save as template", opens Vorlage speichern), and "Verteilen" ("Distribute", opens Verteilungsarten auswählen).

The "Mehrere Seiten verwenden" ("Use multiple pages") switch in the advanced settings splits a presentation into a start page, a folder page, and any number of custom pages; you can add, rename, and delete custom pages, and designate one of them as the link's start page. A dropdown above the canvas shows which page you're currently editing.

Both turning off "Mehrere Seiten" and deleting a custom page ask for confirmation first – both irreversibly clear the page assignment of the affected blocks.

A dedicated "Layouts" tab with pre-built arrangements (Masonry, OnePager, MixGrid, …) no longer appears in the Presentation Editor – that functionality moved to the Präsentationsvorlagen-Übersicht. You apply templates from there in the studio.
