Workflow Runs
The Läufe (Runs) tab of the Workflows add-on: every run of a workflow with status, duration and why a step failed.
The Läufe (Runs) tab of the Workflows add-on shows what your workflows do: every run is one pass of a workflow over one file. Pick the workflow on the left; its runs appear on the right, newest first. A red counter next to the workflow name shows failed runs, a spinner open ones.
Each row shows the file's preview and name, how the run was started (Automatisch (Automatic) or Manuell gestartet (Started manually)), when it began and how long it took. A small bar shows the state of each step. Open runs read Schritt 1 von 2 (Step 1 of 2), failed ones name the step and the reason, for example VisionAI: Kein verwertbares Ergebnis (No usable result).
The filters Alle (All), Offen (Open), Fehlgeschlagen (Failed), Erfolgreich (Successful) and Abgebrochen (Cancelled) narrow the list. Weitere Läufe laden (Load more runs) loads older runs.
If you cannot see a file because it was deleted or you have no access, the row shows Datei nicht verfügbar (File not available). The run itself stays visible.
Run detail
Clicking a run opens its detail: a large preview, the status, the workflow, how it was started, the start time, the duration and how many steps have ended. Under Schritte (Steps) every step follows in order with its state and duration. A step that never ran because the run ended before shows as Nicht ausgeführt (Not run).
When a step failed, a red box explains the reason and what you can do. If VAULO tried the step several times, it also says after how many attempts it gave up. Possible reasons:
Datei nicht mehr vorhanden(File no longer exists): the file or version was deleted before the step could process it.Schritt unvollständig eingerichtet(Step not set up completely): the step is missing settings or was removed from the workflow. Check the workflow's settings.Kein verwertbares Ergebnis(No usable result): the AI answered but delivered nothing usable.Keine Vorschau vorhanden(No preview): the file has no preview yet that the step can read.Datei kann nicht verarbeitet werden(File cannot be processed): the step does not support the file.Vorübergehend nicht möglich(Temporarily not possible): the step could not run right now. Run it again later.
Datei öffnen (Open file) jumps to the file, Erneut ausführen (Run again) runs the workflow once more on the same file.
An open run that has not reported back for more than a day shows as Keine Rückmeldung (No response). It will most likely not finish — restart it with Erneut ausführen.
Runs from before this view was introduced show no duration, and steps that failed back then have no reason.
