Sign-In
The multi-step fullscreen sign-in overlay of the login block in the navigation bar of a published, VisitorHub-protected presentation.
Sign-In ("Anmeldung") is the fullscreen overlay that opens when a viewer needs an account via the login block in a published presentation's navigation bar. It's VisitorHub-/IDP-backed (email code or password, depending on how the identity provider is configured) and walks through up to nine named steps depending on the situation:
- Anmelden ("Sign in") – enter an email address
- Anmeldemethode wählen ("Choose sign-in method") – "Mit Passwort anmelden" ("Sign in with password") or "Code per E-Mail senden" ("Send code by email"), depending on which methods are available for that email address
- Passwort eingeben ("Enter password") – including a "Passwort vergessen?" ("Forgot password?") link
- Code eingeben ("Enter code") – a 6-digit code in individual cells, with a countdown before it can be resent
- Passwort vergeben ("Set password") – after clicking the reset link from the email
- Nutzungsbedingungen akzeptieren ("Accept terms of use") – if the organization requires this for new registrations
- Anfrage senden? ("Send request?") – confirming an access request when the organization requires manual approval
- Wir prüfen deine Anfrage ("We're reviewing your request") / Bitte E-Mail prüfen ("Please check your email") – completion messages after an access request or magic link was sent
- Etwas lief schief ("Something went wrong") – generic error state with a "Erneut versuchen" ("Try again") action
Unlike a regular dialog, Sign-In cannot be dismissed by clicking outside it or pressing Escape – only the explicit "Zurück" ("Back") button, when present, returns the viewer to the presentation. When access is fully enforced, even that button is omitted.
A successful sign-in unlocks access to Meine Freigaben and "Mein Konto" — the login block's two account pages, which are unreachable without signing in.
