Event Detail View

The tabbed view of a single event with Dashboard, Sessions, schedule, polls, staff, locations, roles, and settings.

The Event Detail View opens when you click an Event-Kachel and bundles all planning for an event into tabs:

Dashboard – KPI tiles for live, upcoming, and completed sessions, a location-filterable "Aktuelle & Kommende Sessions" ("Current & Upcoming Sessions") list, and a staff panel with the Alle/Frei/Besetzt ("All/Free/Busy") filters
Sessions – the Event-Sessions-Liste
Zeitplan ("Schedule") – the Event-Zeitplan
Umfragen ("Polls") – the Event-Umfragen-Liste
Mitarbeiter ("Staff") – the Event-Mitarbeiter-Liste
Orte ("Locations") – the Event-Orte-Liste
Rollen und Status ("Roles and Status") – role definitions (opens Event-Rolle); each role can additionally have named, colored status options defined (e.g. "Eingecheckt" / "Checked in") that can later be assigned to staff within sessions
Einstellungen ("Settings") – the event's name and date range, plus custom "Eigenschaften" ("properties") for staff and sessions (type: text, number, yes/no, date, single-select, or multi-select) – see Eigenschaft

A hidden "Import" tab also exists but isn't reachable via normal tab navigation – it only appears during CSV/ICS import as part of the create flow.

A sticky header consistently shows the event name, the current tab, the date range, and a status badge (active/upcoming/past).
