Legal Content
The central management page for imprint, privacy policy, terms & conditions, and other legal text in the Legal Hub add-on.
The Legal Content page is the main tab of the Legal Hub add-on and lists legal texts grouped by kind (the system kinds Imprint and Privacy Policy first, then all organization-specific kinds alphabetically). Multiple variants can be created per kind — e.g. one per language — and one of them is marked Primary; unpublished variants show a Draft badge. The New Content button, or Add per kind, opens the Create Legal Content dialog. Each row's ⋮ menu offers Set as Primary, Publish/Save as Draft, and Delete.
Only published content is visible in presentations and public pages. Which kinds are available beyond Imprint and Privacy Policy is managed in Organization Settings, in Legal Hub's add-on section.
In Legal Hub under Defaults for shares you define which texts are pre-filled for new Direct Download and External Upload links. Each share can still override the selection — see Legal texts on shares.
