Download Tracking Settings

The Download Tracking Settings page configures the Download Tracking add-on and is reachable via the organization settings (Add-Ons tab). It contains:

• A Download Tracking aktivieren (Enable Download Tracking) toggle
• Only while tracking is enabled, additionally:
  • The Notification settings section: a field for the email address that download notifications are sent to
  • The Additional downloader data section: a Überschrift (Headline) and Beschreibung (Description) shown to the downloader before they enter their data, plus a Downloader Daten bei neuen Freigaben standardmäßig abfragen (Ask for downloader data by default on new shares) toggle
  • A second Additional downloader data section with the actual field list (up to 5 fields): each field has a Name des Feldes (Field name) text field plus Pflichtfeld (Required) and Mehrzeilig (Multiline) toggles, and a delete icon; the Feld hinzufügen (Add field) button only appears while fewer than 5 fields exist
• The Zurück (Back) and Speichern (Save) buttons
