Support Center

The profile-menu section giving access to the welcome tour, the Help Center, and the support ticket portal.

The Support Center section is part of the profile menu and offers three buttons:

  • Touren (Tours) — restarts the welcome tour
  • Hilfe-Center (Help Center) — opens this Help Center (help.vaulo.com) in a new tab
  • Tickets — opens the external support ticket portal SolutionDesk in a new tab

Clicking Tickets first opens a tab showing the interstitial message "Opening support portal …" while the actual access link is requested in the background.

SolutionDesk is a standalone, externally-hosted portal with its own documentation outside this dictionary.

Importer

The add-on page for managing all importers that automatically bring content from external sources like Glomex into VAULO.

filepush

The standalone quick-send page for uploading freshly picked files, emailing them out, and getting a share link.
