Onboarding

The multi-step setup wizard after registration, where users set up themselves and their organization.

Onboarding is the setup wizard you go through right after registering. It consists of several steps shown via the Onboarding-Stepper:

Wie möchten Sie starten? ("How would you like to start?") – choice between Neu starten (Start Fresh, create your own organization) or Einladung erhalten (Received an Invitation, join an existing organization via invitation code)
Neue Organisation erstellen ("Create New Organization") – choosing Freelancer or Unternehmen (Company), the organization's name, and its workspace URL (app.vaulo.com/<slug>/)
Helfen Sie uns, Ihre Erfahrung zu personalisieren ("Help us personalize your experience") – first name, last name, preferred language, and the email preferences Systemrelevante E-Mails (System Emails) and product updates
Was beschreibt Sie am besten? ("What best describes you?") – choosing a role (e.g. Marketing, Designer, Projektmanager, Fotograf / Photographer, Content Creator, Agentur / Agency, IT / Admin, Sonstiges / Other) – skippable
Wie haben Sie von VAULO erfahren? ("How did you hear about VAULO?") – choosing a referral source (e.g. Newsletter oder Blog, Von der Arbeit / From work, AI tools, press, podcast, referral, social media) – skippable
Alles bereit! ("All set!") – completion screen with an overview of next steps (Spaces erstellen / Create Spaces, Dateien hochladen / Upload Files, Inhalte teilen / Share Content, Team einladen / Invite Team) and the Los geht's ("Let's go") button

Choosing Einladung erhalten in the first step skips the steps for creating your own organization.
