Organization Settings
An organization's central settings page with tabs for profile, theme, members, roles, domain, subscription, and more.
The Organization Settings page bundles all organization-wide settings into tabs:
- Organisationsprofil ("Organization Profile") – name, logo, and other basic data
- Theme-Einstellungen ("Theme Settings") – branding colors and a custom font
- Organisationseinstellungen ("Organization Settings") – general configuration (including metadata and display options)
- Ankündigung ("Announcement") – an organization-wide message to all members
- Mitglieder & Einladungen ("Members & Invitations") – the
Mitgliederliste(Member List) - Richtlinien & Rollen ("Policies & Roles") – the
Rollen-Liste(Role List), plus organization-wide policies such as enforced multi-factor authentication - Domain – setting up a custom domain
- Abonnement ("Subscription") – managing the VAULO subscription
- Schnellaktionen ("Quick Actions") – organization-wide quick actions for files (mobile)
- Mehrfachauswahl ("Multi-select") – extra options for the bar that appears once files are selected
- OAuth-Clients – managing
OAuth-Clients for API integrations - Add-Ons – overview and settings of enabled add-ons
Some tabs are only visible with the matching permission, e.g. Mitglieder & Einladungen and Richtlinien & Rollen only with rights-management permissions, Domain only with domain permissions.
Organization-wide management of custom metadata fields and groups no longer happens here — it has moved to the separate Data Studio add-on.
