VisitorHub Detail View

The detail page of a single VisitorHub portal, with tabs for users, groups, shared content, authentication, registration requests, and settings.

The VisitorHub Detail View opens when you click a tile in the VisitorHubs Overview and bundles the management of one VisitorHub portal into up to six tabs:

  • Users – the VisitorHub Users Table
  • Groups – the VisitorHub Groups Table
  • Shared Content – the VisitorHub Shared Content Table
  • Authentication – toggling one-time email code and/or email+password login (with expiry durations), plus a custom SMTP server for this portal's auth emails (falls back to the default relay)
  • Registration Requests – only visible when self-registration is set to Manual Approval; the VisitorHub Registration Requests Table
  • Settings – registration mode (Auto-Approve / Manual Approval / Disabled, optionally requiring acceptance of a Legal Content item from Legal Hub), customizable email templates, and the text of every login/registration screen guests see; plus a danger zone for irreversibly deleting the entire VisitorHub

Deleting a VisitorHub in the danger zone also irreversibly removes all of its users and groups.
