Save Selection
The dialog for adding selected files to a new or existing file collection.
The Save Selection dialog opens via Add Selection to Collection in the Selection Bar. It guides you through adding files to a file collection in two steps:
- Choose collection – pick an existing collection from a dropdown, or create a new one directly via the
Create New File Collectionform (Nametext field) - Add to collection – optionally pick a destination folder inside the collection, or create one via
Create New Folder, then confirm with theAdd {count} Filesbutton
A file can be part of multiple file collections at the same time — adding it to a collection doesn't move or copy the file, it only links it in addition.
