Disable two-factor authentication
The dialog for disabling two-factor authentication for your account.
The Disable two-factor authentication dialog opens via the Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung deaktivieren (Disable two-factor authentication) button in your account's security settings. It contains:
- A warning that disabling two-factor authentication makes your account less secure
- A confirmation prompt asking whether you really want to disable two-factor authentication
- The
Abbrechen(Cancel) andDeaktivieren(Disable) buttons
After clicking Deaktivieren, the Zwei-Faktor-Code eingeben (Enter two-factor code) dialog opens first to confirm the action with a TOTP code or a recovery code. Only after that is two-factor authentication actually disabled.
