File Details & Comments

The File Details & Comments dialog opens when you click a file in the Medien & Dateien (Media & Files) block of a published presentation — provided discussion mode is enabled for the share; if it isn't, clicking a file instead opens a simple lightbox without a sidebar.

On the left, the dialog shows the file preview (image, video, audio, PDF, Microsoft Office document, or a generic placeholder) with previous/next navigation to the neighboring file (arrow buttons or keyboard), plus — when multiple versions exist — a version picker and a Download button.

Next to it, a sidebar shows up to three expandable sections:

• General — the file's name, format, rating, and date
• Comments — the file's comment discussion, using the same commenting feature as the Datei-Detailansicht (File Detail View), including a drawing tool for marking up image areas
• File Information — shown only when IPTC data or a copyright notice exists: headline, description, creator, copyright, and usage terms
