Event Session
The dialog for creating, viewing, and editing a session within an event.
The Event Session dialog opens via the Event Sessions List, the Event Schedule, or the Event Session Context Menu. When creating (titled Create New Session), it contains:
- A
Nametext field - A start and end date/time, constrained to the parent event's date range
- A multi-select
Locationsfield, which also lets you create a new location inline - A multi-select
Stafffield, sorted by availability (Available/Partial/Unavailable/Occupied) Additional Properties, if any are defined for sessions- A
Create Another Sessiontoggle that keeps the dialog open for the next session after creating one
Viewing/editing first opens a read-only view (titled Session Details) with buttons to copy the name and locations; an Edit button switches to the editable form (titled Edit Session).
When copying locations, a plain click copies the full location paths, while Shift+click copies only their respective main locations.
