Dialogs
Enter two-factor code
The dialog for confirming a security-sensitive action with a TOTP code or recovery code.
The Enter two-factor code dialog opens when a security-sensitive action (e.g. in the Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung deaktivieren dialog) additionally needs to be confirmed with your two-factor authentication. It has no header title of its own — instead it shows a heading in its content depending on the step:
- Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung (Two-factor authentication, the default step) – a 6-digit code input for the code from your authenticator app, which is checked automatically once entered, plus a
Wiederherstellungscode verwenden(Use recovery code) text link to switch to the recovery-code step - Wiederherstellungscode verwenden (Use recovery code) – an 11-character input for one of your recovery codes, which is checked automatically once entered, plus a
Zurück(Back) button to return to the TOTP step
This dialog cannot be opened on its own — it is embedded by other dialogs that require confirmation via two-factor authentication.
