Manage Search Masks
The dialog for showing/hiding, editing, and creating your search masks (saved filter views) for search.
The Manage Search Masks dialog opens via the corresponding menu on the file search filters. It lists three sections:
- Meine Suchmasken ("My search masks") – your own
Suchmaskes (search masks), each with buttons to edit (opensSuchmaske bearbeiten) and to show/hide, plus aNeue Suchmaske erstellen("Create new search mask") button below - Geteilte Suchmasken ("Shared search masks") – search masks from other members that were shared with the organization (show/hide only)
- Standard Suchmasken ("Default search masks") – the built-in file-type filters (
Bilder/ Images,Videos,Audio,PDFs,Office,Andere/ Other), also show/hide only
The footer has a Sortierung anpassen ("Adjust order") button that opens the Reihenfolge anpassen (Suchmasken) ("Adjust order (search masks)") dialog, and a Fertig (Done) button.
Hiding a search mask only removes it from your personal filter bar — it still exists and can be shown again here at any time.
