Create Legal Content

The dialog for creating and editing a legal content item (kind, name, language, text, and publish status).

The Create Legal Content dialog (titled Create Legal Content or Edit Legal Content) opens via New Content, Add, or clicking an existing row in Legal Content. It contains:

  • A Kind dropdown (only changeable when creating)
  • A Name text field
  • A language selector that separates existing languages from missing ones
  • A rich-text editor for the content of the currently active language
  • A Published switch

Only published content is visible in presentations and public pages.

Edit Collection

The dialog for changing a file collection's name and description.

Select Legal Content

The dialog for selecting a piece of Legal Hub content for a Presentation Studio block.
