File Preview

The full-screen preview dialog for individual file attachments or linked files, without a metadata panel or toolbar.

The File Preview dialog opens when you click a file attachment (e.g. in a comment) or a linked file. It displays the file full-screen on a dark background and its header contains only:

  • The file name
  • The Download and Close (X) buttons

Unlike the Datei-Detailansicht (file detail view), this dialog has no metadata panel, no editing tools, and no comment area — it exists purely for a quick preview without leaving the current view.

Link file

The dialog for linking an existing VAULO file to the current file.

Export File List

The dialog for exporting the filenames of selected files in a format usable by third-party programs.
