VisitorHub Group
The dialog for creating and editing a user group of a VisitorHub portal.
The VisitorHub Group dialog (titled Create Group or Edit Group) opens via Create Group, or the edit icon in the VisitorHub Groups Table. It contains:
Nametext fieldMember role(None (individual role)orPremium– Premium members may create their own share links)- When editing: searchable checkbox list of all portal users for membership
- When editing:
Automatic assignment by email– rules such as@company.comormax@company.comthat add matching viewers to the group at sign-in (a rule beats manual removal)
When editing a group, a By pattern button is also available: it searches for an email pattern across all of the portal's users — not just the ones already loaded — and adds every match to the selection.
