Manage Catalog
The dialog for adding keywords, creating subgroups, renaming, and deleting within a catalog or group.
The Manage Catalog dialog (titled Manage {name} catalog or Manage {name} group, depending on whether it's opened at the top level of the catalog or inside a group) opens via the icon buttons in the Keyword Tree, or via the Add button in the Keyword Catalog Detail View. It's split into tabs:
- Add keywords – free-text entry of multiple keywords, separated by comma, semicolon, or Enter, or import from a CSV file
- Add groups – creates a new subgroup or root-level group
- Rename (inside a group only) – renames the group
- Delete (inside a group only) – irreversibly deletes the group including all keywords it contains
At the top catalog level, the dialog only shows the first two tabs — renaming or deleting the entire catalog is instead done from the Settings tab of the Keyword Catalog Detail View.
If the Add keywords tab has staged keywords that haven't been created yet, the dialog asks for confirmation before discarding them on close.
