Create Workflow

The Create Workflow dialog (titled Workflow bearbeiten / "Edit workflow" when opening an existing workflow) opens via the button for creating a new workflow, or by clicking an existing workflow in the workflow overview. It contains:

• A text field Name for the workflow name
• An Automatisierungsaktion ("Automation action") dropdown with the options Graustufen (Greyscale), Gesichtserkennung (Face recognition), VisionAI, optionally VideoAI and Bildklassifizierung (Image classification) depending on enabled features, and Personen in Metadaten zusammenführen (Merge persons into metadata)
• An Automatisierung aktivieren ("Enable automation") switch that runs the workflow automatically on every upload

When automation is enabled, a Filter section appears, letting you restrict the workflow to specific spaces, folders, or file formats (each via a Define … filter switch and an associated selector). Depending on the chosen automation action, additional action-specific settings appear, for example:

• For Graustufen: an optional new version name
• For Gesichtserkennung: the VisionAI Nachbearbeitung ("VisionAI post-processing") and Personen in Metadaten zusammenführen switches
• For VisionAI (or as post-processing): fields for language, context information, and separate prompt/prefix/suffix settings for headline, description, and keywords
• For VideoAI: the VideoAI workflow editor

At the bottom are the Erstellen ("Create") or Speichern ("Save") button, and — only when editing an existing workflow — the Löschen ("Delete") button.
