Create advanced shortcut

The two-step dialog for creating a custom keyboard shortcut with a configurable action in the account settings.

The Erweiterten Shortcut erstellen (Create advanced shortcut) dialog opens via the Erweiterten Shortcut hinzufügen (Add advanced shortcut) button in your account's shortcut management. A step indicator guides you through two steps:

  • Konfigurieren (Configure) – a Shortcut-Typ (Shortcut type) dropdown (currently only the Freigabe für aktuellen Ordner erstellen / Create share for active folder option); for this type, an additional Freigabelink-Typ (Shared-link type) dropdown, and, if Präsentation is selected as the shared-link type, a Template (optional) dropdown; the Abbrechen (Cancel) and Shortcut aufnehmen (Record shortcut) buttons
  • Aufnehmen (Record) – a recording area with the hint Jetzt Tastenkombination drücken (Now press a key combination); once a key combination is pressed, Erneut aufzeichnen (Record again) and Shortcut übernehmen (Apply shortcut) buttons appear

Currently only one action is available: automatically creating a share for the currently open folder. For simple, predefined shortcuts without configuration, use the Shortcut aufzeichnen dialog instead.

Send new invitation

The dialog for inviting new members to the organization and editing existing invitations.

Create Share

The central dialog for creating a new shared link for a folder or selected files — as a presentation, direct download, external upload, or embed.
