Session Status
The dialog for setting the per-role status of staff assigned to a single session.
The Session Status dialog (title: Status — {sessionName}) shows you all staff assigned to a single session crossed with their roles, as a board. Each row contains:
- The staff member's name and the role in question
- A row of colored status chips – only the status options defined for that role are shown, with the currently set status visually highlighted
Clicking a chip immediately sets that staff member's status for this session to that value. Only staff members assigned to a role with defined status options are listed; if none of the involved roles have status options defined, the dialog shows "Keine Statusoptionen verfügbar" (no status options available) instead. You open it via the Status action in a session card's "⋮" menu in the Event-Sessions-Liste.
The Status setzen submenu in the Event-Session-Kontextmenü (in the schedule) lets you set the same status inline and faster, but one role at a time. This dialog instead shows the full board overview across all assigned staff and roles of the session at once.
The status options themselves (e.g. "Checked in") aren't defined here, but per role in the Event-Rolle dialog – this dialog only assigns an already-defined status to a staff member for this specific session.
