Share
The dialog with social media and messenger buttons for spreading the link of an already published presentation — via the fixed Share icon or the Share Button block.
The Share dialog opens inside a shared presentation when you click the fixed Teilen (Share) icon in the nav bar or toolbar (e.g. in one-pager, masonry, or article mode) — or when you click a Teilen-Schaltfläche (Share Button block), a standalone, freely placeable block from the Baustein-Palette (category Aktionen, Actions). Either way it shows the same two groups of share targets:
- Messenger — Email, WhatsApp, Telegram
- Soziale Netzwerke (Social Networks) — Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest
Clicking a target opens the matching share link (e.g. mailto: or the respective network's share-intent URL) with the presentation's URL.
This dialog doesn't create a new shared link — it shares an already existing, publicly accessible presentation further. To create a new shared link, use the Freigabe erstellen (Create Share) dialog instead.
Only the Teilen-Schaltfläche lets you restrict the platform selection per block: its block menu's Plattformen (Platforms) entry lets you choose which of the seven platforms are active. At least one platform must stay active — trying to disable the last remaining one shows a warning and the action is ignored. If fewer platforms are enabled for the block, the dialog shows only those; if all are disabled, it shows Keine Teilen-Optionen aktiviert (No share options enabled) instead. The Teilen-Schaltfläche can additionally be displayed either as a button that opens this dialog, or as a plain icon row without a dialog.

The central dialog for creating a new shared link for a folder or selected files — as a presentation, direct download, external upload, or embed.
Select distribution channels
The dialog for distributing an already-created share (presentation) through additional channels such as newsletter or FTPpush.
