Dialogs

Rename Version

The dialog used to change the name of a single file version.

The Rename Version dialog opens via the Umbenennen ("Rename") item in a file version's context menu. It contains:

A text field Neuer Name ("New name"), pre-filled with the version's current name
The Umbenennen ("Rename") button

The new name must differ from the current one – otherwise an error message appears and the version is not saved.

Manage Search Masks

The dialog for showing/hiding, editing, and creating your search masks (saved filter views) for search.

Create Workflow

The dialog used to create or edit an automated workflow that processes files on upload.
