Event Role
The dialog for creating and editing a role and its associated session status options.
The Event Role dialog (titled Add Role or Edit Role) creates or renames a role (e.g. Photographer, Sound) via a single Name text field. A Delete button lets you remove an existing role while editing.
Each role can also have a drag-sortable list of named, colored Session Status options defined for it (e.g. Checked In) — via a small separate dialog (titled Add Status or Edit Status) with Name and Color fields.
Both dialogs open via the Roles and Status tab of the Event Detail View.
The session status options defined here only establish which statuses are possible. To actually assign a status to a staff member on a specific session, use the Session Status dialog or the Set Status submenu in the Event Session Context Menu.
