Event Location

The dialog for creating and editing a location within an event, including an optional color and hierarchy.

The Event Location dialog (titled Add New Location or Edit Location) opens via the Event Locations List. It contains:

  • A Name text field
  • An optional Color (optional) (hex color code via a color picker)
  • An optional Parent Location (optional) – pick None (Main Location) or an existing location to create a hierarchy

When editing, the parent-location dropdown only offers locations that are neither the location itself nor one of its sublocations — preventing circular hierarchies.
