Select distribution channels

The dialog for distributing an already-created share (presentation) through additional channels such as newsletter or FTPpush.

The Verteilungsarten auswählen (Select distribution channels) dialog opens via the Teilen (Share) / Senden (Send) icon button of a shared presentation. Depending on which add-ons are active, it shows up to four tabs:

  • Feed-Page (only with the Feed Page add-on active) – publishes the presentation on a feed page
  • Newsletter (only with the Newsletter add-on active) – picks a Newsletter Template and recipients (contacts and/or contact groups from the VAULO Contacts add-on) and sends the presentation through it; warns beforehand if the template uses variables that aren't assigned to any block via Define Newsletter Variable; Newsletter versenden (Send newsletter) button
  • FTPpush – transfers the content via FTP; FTPpush starten (Start FTPpush) button
  • VisitorHub (only when the feature is enabled) – picks a VisitorHub portal and individual users and/or groups within it who should get access to the presentation; if no VisitorHubs exist yet, a link opens the VisitorHubs Overview in a new tab instead; Veröffentlichen (Publish) button

Every tab except Feed-Page also has an Abbrechen (Cancel) button; the Feed-Page tab and the general completion state instead show only a Fertig (Done) button.

This dialog does not create a new shared link — it distributes a presentation already created via the Freigabe erstellen dialog through additional channels.

Share

The dialog with social media and messenger buttons for spreading the link of an already published presentation — via the fixed Share icon or the Share Button block.

Edit template

The dialog for renaming or deleting a shared-link template in the organization settings.
