Edit Brand
The configuration area for the nav bar's brand name, logo/symbol, and start-page link.
Edit Brand describes the brand section of the nav-bar configuration in the Navigationsleiste (Nav Bar) block. It includes:
- A
Brandtext field for the brand name - An optional
Captiontext field - A
Show mark next to brandswitch — shows the organization's symbol or logo to the left of the brand text; if the organization has neither a symbol nor a logo configured, the switch stays disabled - When the switch is on and at least one image exists: a
Variantchoice between Symbol (square, 1:1, from the configured favicon) and Logo (wide, auto width) — each locked out if the matching image type is missing - A
Brand links to startswitch — turns the logo and brand text into a link back to the presentation's start page
The Cancel and Save buttons close the section; Save only becomes active once a brand name is entered or a symbol/logo is visibly shown.
In the current Navigationsleiste block this isn't a separately opened dialog but the Marke (Brand) tab inside the combined Navigationsleiste-Einstellungen (Nav Bar Settings) dialog. It is still listed here as its own dictionary entry because it forms a clearly separate configuration area.
