Manage Links
The configuration area for the nav bar's navigation links and icon shortcuts, including submenus.
Manage Links describes the menu section of the nav-bar configuration in the Navigationsleiste (Nav Bar) block (referred to internally as Menü verwalten, Manage Menu). It manages two separate lists.
The Links list (labeled menu entries) shows for each entry:
- A
Beschriftung(Label) text field Hoch/Runter(Up/Down) reorder buttons and aLöschen(Delete) button- A target choice of
URL(external address),Abschnitt(Section — jump to an area of the current page), orOrdner(Folder — a folder of the share) — in multi-page presentations, alsoSeite(Page — another presentation page) - For
Abschnitt(Section): a picker of the available sections, e.g. Cover, Ordneransicht (Folder View), Galerie (Spalten) (Gallery, Columns), Galerie (Zeilen) (Gallery, Rows), Galerie (Masonry), One-Pager, Datenansicht (Data View), Kontakt (Contact), or Überschrift 1/2/3 (Heading 1/2/3) - For an
Ordner(Folder) target, an additionalUntermenü(Submenu) switch: once enabled, it lets you choose between Liste (List, single column) and Mega-Menü (Mega Menu, multi-column), and between Automatisch aus Ordnern (Automatic from folders — fills itself from the subfolder structure and stays in sync) and Manuell zusammenstellen (Build manually); when building manually you create columns (with an optional title in the mega menu) and, inside them, individual entries each with their own label and target
The Link hinzufügen (Add Link) button appends a new entry to the list.
Separately, the Icon-Shortcuts (rechts) (Icon Shortcuts, right) section manages a second list of icon-only buttons on the right end of the bar. Each shortcut has an icon chosen via an icon picker, the same reorder/delete buttons, and a target choice that — in addition to URL/Abschnitt/Ordner/Seite — also offers Herunterladen (Download), Teilen (Share), Suche (Search), and — only when the VisitorHub feature is enabled — Login / Konto (Login / Account); the icon is automatically pre-filled to match the target whenever you change it, as long as you haven't customized it manually. Shortcut hinzufügen (Add Shortcut) creates a new icon shortcut.
In the current Navigationsleiste block this isn't a separately opened dialog but the Menü (Menu) tab inside the combined Navigationsleiste-Einstellungen (Nav Bar Settings) dialog. It is still listed here as its own dictionary entry because it forms a clearly separate configuration area.
