Contacts: Manage Contacts and Recipient Groups
With the VAULO Contacts Add-On, you have full control over your contact lists and distribution groups in VAULO. It serves as the foundation for the VAULO Newsletter and VAULO FTPpush add-ons. Access your contacts and groups directly from both modules and benefit from a seamless, efficient workflow. Reach your target audience faster and more precisely!
Use our Contacts Add-On to send your newsletters directly to the right recipient group. With the help of our Contacts Add-On, you can create your individual contacts and organize them into different recipient groups.
To use the Contacts Add-On, you need the appropriate admin rights to activate the add-on. To activate it, navigate to your organization's settings and scroll down in the left panel to the Add-Ons tab, then open it. Click the Manage button of the Contacts Add-On and in the next step click Set up now. You will then be prompted to activate the add-on.
Using the Contacts Add-On incurs additional costs. These additional costs are billed annually by us. Please refer to the pricing information in the activation field for exact cost details.
After successful activation, you can create and configure your address book.
