Distribute

Distribute the contents of your presentation via Feed Page, Newsletter, or FTPpush.

Via the Distribute button in the top right, you can share the contents of your presentation across various channels:

  • Feed Page: Publish your presentation as a press or media portal.
  • Newsletter: Send your content directly by email to contacts and recipient groups.
  • FTPpush: Automatically transfer files to an external server via FTP.
  • VisitorHub: Restrict access to selected VisitorHub users or groups, who need to sign in first.

The distribute features require the corresponding add-ons to be activated in your account.

When sharing your presentation, you also set whether it's Public, Password-protected, or accessible only to a specific audience via VisitorHub. Learn more in the VisitorHub article.

Templates

Use ready-made templates and save your own designs as reusable templates.

Overview

Use Solution Desk to capture support requests, handle them within your team, and escalate them to VAULO when needed.
