Blocks
All Presentation Studio blocks at a glance – what each block does and which settings it offers.
In the Presentation Studio, a share is built from individual blocks. Blocks can display content, provide navigation, trigger actions, or structure the layout. Most blocks can be customized in the block settings, for example regarding display, size, alignment, filters, or visible information.
In the studio's block palette (Advanced mode) the blocks are grouped by task: Media, Folders, Text, Buttons, Navigation, VisitorHub, Layout and More. The Gallery tile stands for media gallery, media overview and one-pager gallery, the Buttons tile for button, button group, download and share button – the chooser opens on click. The Text group holds paragraph, headings, quote and the text editor. The overview on this page follows the function of the blocks.

Top bar with brand and curated links.

The end of the page with brand, links to imprint, privacy policy and pages, and social media.

Button
Single button for a dialog, link, or call-to-action.
Button Group
Multiple action buttons side by side.
Search Bar
Search field for filtering displayed files and folders.
Share Button
Share the page via social networks and messengers.
Download Button
Offer files of the share for download.
Content
Media Overview
Files and media as a grid, list, or table.
Folder View
Folders as a grid or list with previews.
File Card
A single file as a card, chip, badge, or image.
Single Folder
Link a single folder as a card, chip, badge, or list row.
Contact
Contact card with name, email, and phone number.
Stats Card
Show the number of media items or folders as a card.
Design
Company Logo
Display the organization's company logo or favicon.
Divider
Horizontal line for visually structuring content.

Shared albums and folders for the logged-in viewer.
A VisitorHub page's login and account actions belong to the navigation bar from the Navigation group – there is no second, separate VisitorHub block for them.
