Tracking transfers
How to keep an eye on the status of all started FTPpush transfers.
The FTPpush overview shows all started transfers with their current status.
Navigate there via the waffle menu → FTPpush.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | Current state of the transfer |
| Started at | Time the transfer was initiated |
| Updated at | Last status change |
| Source | Name of the shared link or number of files |
| Recipients | Number of recipients |
Possible statuses:
- Pending – Transfer has been scheduled and is waiting to be processed
- Processing – Files are currently being transferred
- Completed – All recipients have successfully received the files
- Failed – At least one recipient could not be reached
Click on an entry to see per-recipient details – including status, host, port, and detailed error messages at the file level.
