Design
Adjust font, page margins, and colors to match your corporate identity.
The Design tab is where you configure global visual settings for your presentation. Open it via the button in the right sidebar of the Presentation Studio.
Font
Use the Font dropdown to choose a typeface for your entire presentation.
- Standard — uses the browser's default font
- Organization font — appears when a custom font has been set up in the organization settings
- More fonts — access over 1,945 fonts via the font picker dialog
Click the icon next to the dropdown to reset the selection back to Standard.
Page margins
Here you define how much spacing the content of your presentation has from the page edge. Since your presentation can be viewed on different devices, you set the margin separately for each one.
First select the target device:
| Icon | Device | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Desktop | 64 px | |
| Tablet | 16 px | |
| Mobile | 8 px |
Then enter the desired value in the input field. The value is in pixels (px) and can range from 0 to 512.
Colors
Customize the four color areas of your presentation to match your corporate identity. Each color area has:
- A color swatch showing the current color as a preview — click it to open the color picker
- A hex input field where you can type a color code directly (e.g.
#FF5500) - An eyedropper to sample any color from your screen
Background color
Sets the background color of the entire presentation.
Font color
Sets the color of all text elements in the presentation.
Button background
Sets the background color of buttons, such as download or share buttons.
Button text color
Sets the text color on buttons. Make sure the text color has sufficient contrast against the button background color.
All changes in the Design tab are saved automatically and are immediately visible in the live preview.
