Button Group

Multiple action buttons side by side. The group can contain download, share, and link buttons.

Typical use:

• Compact action bar
• Offer download and share together
• Bundle multiple external links or actions

Settings:

• Add button: Download button, Share button, Link button
• Download button: scope (current folder, entire share), label and file type filters – as for the Download Button
• Remove last button
• Style: Individual, Connected
• Spacing
• Alignment: left, center, right

Link button action

A link button offers four choices under Action: Dialog, Link, My shares, and None.

My shares shows signed-in visitors their shares below the presentation's header – the same view as the My shares menu item of the navigation bar. The same rule applies: visitors who are not signed in, or who open a share without a VisitorHub (Access & security → Offer login), don't see the button. In the editor it stays visible, with a note if the VisitorHub is missing.

If the page has no navigation bar at the top, Back to the presentation appears above the list so visitors find their way back to the start.
